Anne Love

Anne created Talent Management Solutions after working in Organisational Development, Human Resources and Career Management for over ten years in both internal and external consulting roles.

Anne is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations to reach their potential.

She has specialised in the area of Talent Management and has introduced initiatives such as a career development, transition programs and change management initiatives to Medibank Private, 360-degree feedback, performance management, recruitment and stress management initiatives at University of South Australia, Career Development programs at IOOF as well as learning and development and human resources initiatives at Coca Cola Amatil.

She has extensive experience in career and professional development coaching and facilitation of groups and teams and has worked with academics, students and professionals of all levels of business in a broad variety of industries and professions.

She has studied a Bachelor of Management majoring in human resource management and psychology and is currently completing a Masters Of Education - Organisation and Leadership.
